We provide coordinated care teams supported by innovative software that streamlines operations so our teams can focus on delivering high-quality care. As our service expands to facilitate over 30,000 home visits each month, we are heavily investing in our workforce development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join our Aged Care & Quality Team. In this pivotal position, you will ensure optimal Helper (carer) allocation to Members, manage rostering, support recruitment processes, maintain compliance standards, and assist in workforce planning. Your collaboration with Care Team Leaders, Helper Capability, and Recruitment teams is essential to uphold a skilled and supported workforce ready to provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match Helpers to Members considering preferences, skills, and availability.
  • Develop and manage rosters and facilitate onboarding activities such as meet-and-greets.
  • Coordinate workforce planning collaboratively to meet the demand for care services.
  • Ensure all Helper engagements comply with Aged Care regulations and company policies, including incident management and feedback response.
  • Serve as a responsive contact point for Helpers, assisting with app-related questions and promoting positive engagement.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and supporting colleagues as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in rostering, ideally within aged care, disability, or health sectors.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about Aged Care and NDIS workforce requirements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to assisting vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
  • Advanced IT skills and confidence using diverse software systems.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (company-funded) and potentially other state-specific clearances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in recruitment or compliance roles.
  • Academic credentials in Human Resources, Community Services, or Health Sciences.

Employee Benefits and Work Conditions

  • Flexible working arrangements including location options between South Brisbane HQ and remote.
  • Annual $500 wellness budget for personal wellbeing expenses.
  • Additional annual leave accrued after two years of tenure, with an option to purchase extra leave.
  • Access to free, confidential counselling via Employee Assistance Program.
  • Parental leave wage top-up and extra superannuation support for primary caregivers during unpaid leave.
  • Discounted Care Managed services at Self Managed prices for eligible family members.
  • High employee engagement, exceeding industry benchmarks.
  • Long service incentive: an all-expenses-paid trip to Okinawa, Japan after five years of service.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organization fostering meaningful connections. We encourage passionate individuals interested in contributing to an impactful workforce to apply with a CV and cover letter outlining their enthusiasm for this role.
