Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Systems Executive based in Lucknow to provide technical and operational support within our warehouse environment. This on-site position involves hands-on engagement with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory and order management tools, logistics platforms, and operational technology. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving system and process issues ensuring smooth inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations at the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level support for warehouse operational systems including WMS, LMS, and order management platforms.
• Handle daily technical problems affecting warehouse software and hardware devices, troubleshooting issues faced by warehouse staff.
• Identify and report recurring problems to Tech and Product teams, monitor progress, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Support warehouse processes such as inbound receiving, put-away, inventory movement, picking, packing, order processing, dispatch, and handling returns or cancellations.
• Train and assist warehouse personnel to effectively use required systems and tools, including during system downtimes or rollout of new features.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory and order data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Assist with last-mile delivery operations by supporting rider management platforms and troubleshooting dispatch or delivery-related system issues.
• Document root causes of system issues and contribute to continuous process and system workflow improvements.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new warehouse technologies and processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse technology, logistics, e-commerce, or quick-commerce.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Logistics Management Systems (LMS), Inventory and Order Management tools.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Experience resolving operational and system-related issues effectively and coordinating with technical teams.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work hands-on within a warehouse setting and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in quick commerce, e-commerce logistics, dark store operations, or fulfillment centers.
• Familiarity with warehouse handheld devices, scanning equipment, picking and packing systems, and last-mile rider management platforms.
