Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor position entails overseeing operations and ensuring strict adherence to client service contracts across assigned centers. Key duties include orchestrating weekly operational plans, monitoring storage practices, aligning with client performance indicators, maintaining effective communication channels between clients, supervisors, and internal teams, and supervising inventory control from receipt to delivery while abiding by set procedures.

The supervisor will manage daily operational meetings, set and assess team goals, prepare operational reports, attend scheduled meetings with sub-managers, and ensure the warehouse adheres to the 5S organizational method to maintain cleanliness and order. Additionally, the role requires providing a safe and healthy work environment, developing operations cost-effectively, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal departments to monitor and control operational expenses alongside the sub-manager.

Furthermore, the supervisor is responsible for conducting internal audits as per BASC V.6-2022 standards, spotting and reporting discrepancies to highlight improvement opportunities within their area.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Certified BASC Internal Auditor V.6-2022.
• Minimum five years of experience in comparable roles.
• Experience in personnel management and supervision.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in inventory management systems such as SAP, AS/400, and WMS.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly at an intermediate level in Excel.
• Understanding of storage, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Customer-oriented approach.
