Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick, pack, and process customer orders promptly to meet deadlines.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles while following safe lifting practices and procedures.
• Organize and maintain stock inventory with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Construct stable and safe pallets for shipment.
• Ensure accurate registration of deliveries going in and out of the warehouse.
• Adhere to all Goods Receiving and Dispatching processes consistently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in conducting regular stock audits and report any inconsistencies found.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet warehouse targets and objectives.
• Comply fully with company policies, particularly health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Forklift certification is beneficial; however, training will be offered if required.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Physically able to handle lifting and moving heavy goods safely.

Compensation Details

The hourly pay ranges from €14.15 to €14.90 for candidates aged 20 and above. For younger workers, the hourly rates are proportionally adjusted as follows:

• 19 years old: Receive 90% of the standard adult rate.
• 18 years old: Receive 80% of the standard adult rate.
• Under 18 years old: Receive 70% of the standard adult rate.
