Warehouse Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive who is capable of managing warehouse operations along with performing data entry duties efficiently. The primary function of this warehouse is stocking, entailing minimal movement and operational activities. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day warehouse management, maintain data integrity, and supervise a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the warehouse functioning effectively with limited movement of stock.
• Handle data entry tasks such as billing using SAP, drafting emails, maintaining records, and conducting data analysis.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to keep track of warehouse activities and performance metrics.
• Supervise and manage a team of 15 to 20 personnel, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
• Be prepared for warehouse expansion within 4 to 5 months, which will demand managing larger operations and a bigger team.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work activities to qualify for potential salary increments with the warehouse's growth.

Compensation

The salary range offered is between INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, subject to increases upon expansion of operations and demonstrated performance.
