Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels meticulously and initiate reordering when supplies run low.
• Perform routine stock audits to identify and address discrepancies.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date inventory records within company systems.
• Analyze inventory trends to forecast future stock demands effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on stock quantities, turnover rates, and overall inventory performance.
• Advise management on inventory challenges and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Supervise the receipt of incoming stock, ensuring accurate logging and proper storage.
• Coordinate distribution of stock across departments or various locations as needed.
• Ensure all inventory handling complies with safety and quality protocols.
• Establish and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize stock availability and delivery.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel, purchasing, and sales teams to facilitate seamless inventory operations.
• Train and oversee staff regarding inventory management policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations concerning inventory.
• Keep accurate documentation for auditing and accountability purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, customer service, and logistics.
• Strong skills in customer management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with functional proficiency in Arabic.
• Proficient in operating the DAX system and standard PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience interacting effectively with clients in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in a third language is advantageous.
• High level of IT literacy, including MS Office suite and other relevant software.
• Certification in negotiation skills is preferred.
