Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Developer to design and deliver enablement workshops, facilitate hands-on training sessions, and support user adoption initiatives with WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). You will work collaboratively with clients to design engaging learning experiences, develop WalkMe tools across multiple platforms, and establish governance for WalkMe implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and delivery of WalkMe enablement workshops and hands-on certification sessions.
- Identify WalkMe advocates within client organizations and provide ongoing support.
- Set up and manage a WalkMe Center of Excellence for governance and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define instructional goals and design effective WalkMe solutions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design course formats that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to project standards related to learning experience quality and execution.
- Create and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other digital adoption elements to enhance user engagement.
- Work with business owners, product teams, and UX designers to identify user pain points and prioritize digital adoption initiatives.
- Configure WalkMe features to support application onboarding, automate processes, and enable self-service support.
- Develop user segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized experiences.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on the WalkMe platform.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience with WalkMe and over 10 years with Digital Adoption Platforms in development or implementation roles.
- Certified WalkMe Developer and Program Manager credentials.
- Professional certification in WalkMe DAP100.
- Proven expertise developing WalkMe guides across various platforms including SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and websites.
- Experience with WalkMe system provisioning and troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Ability to align WalkMe content with instructional design best practices to support training initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- Comfortable navigating complex matrix and virtual team environments.
- Customer-centric mindset with detail orientation and a solution-driven approach.
- Ownership mentality with methodical problem-solving and consistent task completion.
- Capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities flexibly to meet team demands.
