Role Overview

This full-time, on-site waitress position is based in Dammam. The role involves welcoming customers warmly, presenting menus, providing detailed information about food and beverages, and accurately taking orders. Duties include serving meals and drinks, liaising with the kitchen to ensure orders are completed promptly and correctly, and managing billing and payments. Additional responsibilities are maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols, and supporting colleagues during busy times.
