Role Overview
- Deliver warm and polished service throughout lunch and dinner, ensuring every guest feels truly welcome and appreciated.
- Provide confident guidance on the menu items, ingredients, and recommend appropriate wine pairings consistent with Whitcomb’s Mediterranean cuisine.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, timely service, and impeccable presentation standards.
- Assist with setting up and preparing tables while maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow staff, supervisors, and kitchen personnel to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Consistently demonstrate The Londoner's luxury service values in all guest interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service, with preference given to those from luxury or high-end dining backgrounds.
- A warm and engaging personality coupled with a sincere passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- A positive, proactive approach and strong team collaboration skills.
