Role Overview

• Deliver warm and polished service throughout lunch and dinner, ensuring every guest feels truly welcome and appreciated.
• Provide confident guidance on the menu items, ingredients, and recommend appropriate wine pairings consistent with Whitcomb’s Mediterranean cuisine.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, timely service, and impeccable presentation standards.
• Assist with setting up and preparing tables while maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow staff, supervisors, and kitchen personnel to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Consistently demonstrate The Londoner's luxury service values in all guest interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service, with preference given to those from luxury or high-end dining backgrounds.
• A warm and engaging personality coupled with a sincere passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• A positive, proactive approach and strong team collaboration skills.
