Role Summary

As a Waiter/Waitress, you serve as the welcoming face for our guests, infusing your unique style to ensure their experience, from arrival to departure, is exceptional. Collaboration with the Food & Beverage team is key to maintaining smooth daily operations. Your goal is to cultivate a cheerful and relaxed environment where visitors come to unwind and enjoy. You will deliver heartfelt, memorable service, embodying our brand’s hospitality from greeting to meeting guest queries and requests proactively, aiming not only to meet but surpass guest expectations.
