Position Overview

Hotel Alpine Inn is seeking courteous, smart, and well-mannered Waiters/Stewards to join our team in Chandigarh. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience, focusing on those committed to excellent customer service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the food menu thoroughly to assist customers and communicate orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Interact politely and effectively with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Use basic computer skills for billing and transactions.
• Assist in other areas such as room check-in/check-out, customer interactions, and cash handling as an added advantage.

Requirements

• Basic literacy skills including reading and writing.
• Familiarity with computers or laptops for billing purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with a polite demeanor.
• Honest, sincere, responsible, and devoid of irresponsible or shortcut attitudes.
• Ability to maintain composure under currently low-pressure conditions at the newly started hotel.
