Waiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a courteous, lively, and guest-focused Waiter to enhance our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing guests with a pleasant dining experience by accurately taking orders, promptly delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a neat and inviting atmosphere.

Primary Duties

• Warmly welcome and escort guests to their seating tables.
• Provide menu information, respond to inquiries, and record orders with precision.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, verifying order accuracy.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after service for incoming guests.
• Engage with customers during meals to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Completion of 10th grade or below is acceptable.
• No prior experience needed; however, familiarity with food service establishments is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in spoken English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong communication skills, stamina for extended standing periods during shifts, and a welcoming demeanor are essential.
