Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M, you will be instrumental in crafting a captivating and consistent retail environment that enhances the customer journey. Your focus will be on executing visual merchandising strategies aligned with store guidelines and calendars to boost both the store’s aesthetics and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling concepts following the store’s directives and event schedules to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Assess sales data, manage inventory levels, maintain garment quality, and identify merchandising opportunities collaboratively with Store Management.
• Leverage trend awareness and competitor analysis to train and inspire the store team, enabling them to provide exceptional service to customers.
• Positively represent yourself and the H&M brand during all interactions with customers.
• Assist the Sales Market team with activities related to store expansion projects.

Team Collaboration

You will be part of a vibrant Store Team including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other roles, all committed to creating an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, you will coordinate with the wider Area Team to share insights and foster collective success, helping customers confidently express their individual style with current trends and classic fashion.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising and commercial operations within dynamic retail settings, coupled with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong skills in interpreting sales metrics, managing product availability, and understanding sales drivers.
• Passion for fashion and creating memorable in-store experiences.
• Motivation to enhance customer satisfaction while actively contributing to sales growth.

Additional Information
