We are looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser to work at our MANGO store in Karlsruhe, Ettlinger-Tor. This role is perfect for someone who is inspired by the latest trends and eager to use their creative skills to captivate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your knowledge of current fashion trends to inspire customers through expertly curated visual displays.
• Arrange our latest collections attractively within the store according to optimized guidelines to ensure each item has an ideal placement.
• Analyze product performance in-store regularly to inform and implement strategies that boost sales.
• Create stylish, trend-based outfit combinations that engage and motivate customers.

Who You Are

• An avid follower of fashion trends from sources such as social media, blogs, apps, and magazines.
• Creative and inventive, able to continuously bring fresh ideas.
• Skilled at styling a variety of outfits daily with a perfectionist mindset and strong organizational ability to ensure flawless product presentation.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising or window dressing is an advantage to better understand the role at MANGO.
• Fluent in German and English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and customers alike.
