Visual Designer

Job Overview

ABA Bank is looking for a skilled and imaginative Visual Designer to join their Phnom Penh head office team. This role requires transforming product requirements into striking visual designs, supporting various projects including mobile app and website design.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the UX/UI team, Product Owner, and Management to comprehend design goals and requirements.
• Develop innovative design ideas and solutions that fulfill project needs while adhering to brand standards.
• Create visual elements like icons, illustrations, animations, logos, and other graphics for mobile and web interfaces.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software for efficient execution of designs.
• Present design proposals to the UX/UI, Visual teams, and Management and refine based on feedback.
• Keep current with industry trends and best practices in visual design within the banking sector.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three years working as a Graphic, Visual, Motion, or Animation Designer.
• Expertise in design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, among others.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visually compelling work across different platforms.
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in mobile and web design and familiarity with those ecosystems.
• Proficient in using artificial intelligence-based design tools.

This position is based in ABA Bank's head office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
