Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous Visa Consultant to efficiently handle the entire visa application process. You will assist clients with required documentation, liaise with embassies and visa centers, and guarantee a seamless visa acquisition experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle applications for tourist, business, and other visa categories.
- Advise clients on necessary visa documents and requirements.
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to Embassies, VFS, BLS, and related visa centers.
- Monitor application progress and regularly update clients.
- Keep abreast of immigration regulations and embassy policies.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, embassies, and travel partners.
- Maintain precise records of all visa processes.
- Provide exemplary customer support throughout the application journey.
- Recommend additional travel services when beneficial.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Expertise in visa application processes and client relationship management.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills including time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving aptitude and efficient client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in visa processing or the travel sector.
- Familiarity with VFS Global, BLS International, embassy portals, and online application platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.

Bachelor's Degree
