About the Role
Febla Technologies is seeking a talented and innovative Video Editor to join their Hyderabad team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing, specializing in the creation of engaging content tailored for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels, short videos, promotional clips, and advertisements. The role demands proficiency in various video editing software and AI-based tools to enhance multimedia content and marketing creatives.
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit captivating Instagram Reels and social media short-form videos.
- Develop promotional and advertising videos for digital marketing initiatives.
- Incorporate transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics to refine videos.
- Design posters and create promotional graphics and social media creatives.
- Utilize AI technologies for video, image, voiceover, animation, and ad creative enhancements.
- Transform raw footage into polished and platform-optimized content.
- Adjust and resize content suitable for various social platforms including Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with marketing and design departments to conceptualize creative campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all videos and design elements.
- Keep abreast of newest trends in reels, editing techniques, AI tools, and social media content.
Skills & Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
- Practical experience editing Instagram Reels and short videos.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills including poster creation.
- Knowledge of typography, color correction, audio editing, visual storytelling, and transition effects.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation and editing tools.
- Understanding of social media content formats especially for Instagram.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Experience with AI-based video and image generation tools, as well as AI voiceover and audio tools.
- Skills in motion graphics and creation of ad creatives.
- Background in social media content development.
Candidate Profile
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work, especially Instagram Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, posters, social media creatives, and AI-enhanced content.
Work Location & Compensation
This position requires working from the office in Hyderabad, Telangana. The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience, skills, portfolio strength, and interview performance.
