Holistique Beauty is an emerging direct-to-consumer wellness and beauty brand in India, redefining self-care. Their portfolio includes prestigious global skincare brands like The Face Shop and Belif, aiming to create a holistic ecosystem where beauty and wellness intertwine.
Role Overview
The company seeks a Video Editor & Motion Designer who skillfully combines traditional top-tier production standards with innovative generative AI technology. This position requires strategic creative leadership for two prominent beauty brands, managing their video and graphic assets’ visual style, flow, and creative pace. The role is full-time and office-based at their Mumbai headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end post-production including storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design for brand campaigns, e-commerce advertisements, and social media content like Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Create and integrate motion and static graphics, ensuring brand consistency across various formats using motion design, typography, and graphic elements.
- Implement generative AI tools in post-production to enhance creative speed and quality by producing high-quality b-roll, unique visual elements, and complex mockups effectively.
- Maintain editorial and premium aesthetics for both brands, interpreting creative briefs into polished, market-ready assets independently.
- Organize and standardize templates, motion graphic kits, and asset libraries to optimize the marketing team’s production workflow.
Required Skills and Tools
- Video and Motion Design: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (timing, multicam editing, timeline management), After Effects (advanced motion graphics, typography, transitions, VFX), and DaVinci Resolve (color correction and grading for premium skin/product look).
- Graphic Design: Advanced use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for compositing and asset design, Figma for digital asset collaboration and UI/UX layout workflows, and Adobe InDesign for multi-page layouts or brand lookbooks.
- Generative AI Proficiency: Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly for text/image generation; and Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Seedance for AI video and animation, to automate tasks, extend footage, upscale videos, and innovate creative concepts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in video editing and motion design, preferably within premium lifestyle, beauty, fashion or e-commerce agency settings.
- Must provide a compelling show reel and portfolio showcasing advanced video and motion design skills alongside premium graphic layouts; experience with AI-assisted workflows is highly advantageous.
Additional Details
Location: Worli, Mumbai (near Acharya Atre Chowk Metro Station on Aqua Line).
Work Schedule: Five working days per week plus one working Saturday (the third Saturday each month).
