Key Responsibilities

• Create and assemble movie clips into short video reels lasting 15 to 60 seconds, tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Enhance videos with creative transitions, effects, captions, and background music to boost viewer engagement.
• Spot trending movie scenes, dialogues, and moments to produce relatable and shareable content.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and quality.
• Tailor video optimizations according to the specific trends and algorithms of different social platforms.
• Brainstorm reel concepts collaboratively with the content and marketing teams.
• Demonstrate familiarity with camera equipment, shooting angles, and framing techniques for video shoots.
• Support videography and plan shoots as needed.
• Deliver content punctually following the intended posting schedule.
• Design captions that are clear, well-timed, and stylishly aligned with the brand without appearing cluttered or overwhelming.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential; additional experience with Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing tools is advantageous.
• Basic skills in camera handling and an understanding of videography essentials such as lighting, framing, and shot stabilization.
• Strong grasp of social media reel formats, pacing, and storytelling methods.
• Capability to effectively synchronize audio, subtitles, and visuals.
• Working knowledge of current social media trends and audience preferences.
• Creative inclination with meticulous attention to detail.
• Editing style that favors simplicity with clean cuts and understated effects over flashy or excessive styling.
• Proficiency in caption design featuring legible fonts, tasteful placement, and minimal animations to avoid busy overlays.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be available for full-time, on-site work at Dwarka, Delhi.
• Candidates should be able to commence employment within 15 days of selection.
