Role Overview

The position involves a full-time, onsite role in Indore as a Video Editor. Responsibilities include compiling raw video footage, selecting and trimming clips to produce engaging video content for marketing initiatives, social media platforms, and product demonstrations. Tasks also involve adding visual graphics, sound effects, and musical elements, ensuring smooth scene transitions, color correction, and consistent brand representation throughout all video outputs.

Collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams is essential to understand project requirements, generate creative ideas, and meet delivery deadlines. The editor will manage video assets effectively, optimize videos for different platforms, and remain informed on evolving video editing trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects tools like After Effects or equivalents.
• Knowledgeable in sound design, audio editing, and basic color correction techniques to improve video quality.
• Experience in producing video content tailored for digital marketing channels including social media and websites.
• Understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and visual layout for both short and long video forms.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate smoothly with cross-functional teams.
• Preferably holds educational background or training in media, film, animation, or related disciplines; equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
