Role Overview

The Video Editor (AI & Normal) will oversee the entire video production process, from compiling raw footage to final editing, leveraging both AI-enhanced and conventional editing techniques. Key duties involve color grading, incorporating motion graphics and other visual components, sound integration, and ensuring videos meet digital platform standards and client expectations. Collaboration with creative, technical, and project teams is essential to grasp project briefs, uphold brand consistency, and deliver engaging, high-quality content within scheduled deadlines. This is a full-time onsite position located in Lucknow, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Manage full video editing lifecycle using AI and traditional methods.
• Execute precise color grading to ensure visual coherence and aesthetic appeal.
• Create and embed motion graphics for intros, transitions, and explanatory segments.
• Design and integrate overlays, titles, lower thirds, and branding visuals.
• Utilize professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent tools, including AI-based plugins.
• Understand various video formats, aspect ratios, compression techniques, and delivery specifications suited for web and social media outputs.
• Apply strong storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in video production, combining AI-assisted and traditional editing workflows.
• Proficient in video color grading with a discerning eye for style and consistency.
• Skilled in creating motion graphics and integrating them effectively within video content.
• Experience designing graphic elements for overlays, titles, and branding.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard editing platforms, including experience with AI plugins or solutions.
• Solid knowledge of video technical standards and delivery requirements for digital platforms.
• Strong narrative sense and capable of working effectively under deadline pressure in team-oriented settings.
• Possession of relevant film, multimedia, animation diplomas or certifications; prior similar role experience is an advantage.
