Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Create compelling short-form videos such as Reels, advertisements, YouTube content, brand materials, podcasts, and experimental projects in collaboration with the creative team.
• Understand and incorporate internet culture, including Gen-Z humor and trends, into editing styles.
• Implement dynamic and trending video transitions, effects, and pacing techniques to captivate viewers and enhance retention.
• Transform ordinary footage into attention-grabbing content that fits natively on platforms like Instagram rather than appearing corporate or generic.
• Utilize AI tools effectively for montage creation and visual effects while avoiding obvious AI artifacts.
• Make editorial decisions balancing between extravagant and clean edits depending on the content's needs.
• Bring proactive ideas by identifying emerging trends and enhancing them beyond initial briefs.
