About the Role
Join a rapidly growing healthcare provider in India as a Video Editor dedicated to creating impactful digital content. The role involves crafting polished and emotionally compelling videos that educate patients, build brand trust, and enhance engagement across social media, web platforms, and in-clinic screens.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage from patient testimonials, doctor interviews, procedural explainers, and clinic events into engaging, brand-consistent videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube, websites, and clinical displays.
- Convert complex medical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand video narratives utilizing motion graphics, b-roll clips, text overlays, and voiceovers.
- Work closely with marketing, clinical, and design teams to ensure video style, flow, and messaging align with clinical accuracy and brand standards.
- Handle full post-production duties including color correction, audio mixing, subtitling, formatting for various platforms, and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized archives of media assets, apply strict version control, and deliver video outputs per platform specifications and campaign deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging social video trends like Reels, Shorts, and TikTok style edits, tailoring content to optimize audience reach and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Canva for quick social media edits.
- Understanding of video SEO metadata and knowledge of platform-specific aspect ratios.
- Awareness of HIPAA compliance requirements relevant to patient privacy in video material handling.
- Preferably some experience editing medical or healthcare-related content.
- Additional strengths include motion graphics animation, basic audio editing skills with tools like Audition, and familiarity with telehealth or patient education video formats.
