Veterinary Clinic Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Veterinary Clinic Manager to direct both the clinical and administrative functions at our small animal (pet) clinic located in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of expert veterinary skills and strong management aptitude to provide excellent pet care and ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diseases affecting small animals such as dogs and cats.
• Execute a variety of surgical procedures with complete technical expertise.
• Analyze diagnostic data including X-rays and lab results to guide treatment decisions.
• Create detailed treatment plans and prescribe suitable medications.
• Lead and supervise daily clinic operations, managing workflow effectively.
• Administer staff management tasks including scheduling, attendance, overtime, and payroll.
• Oversee inventory control, pharmaceutical procurement, and clinic supply management.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
• Possess over 8 years of proven experience in veterinary clinic management focused on small animals.
• Possess advanced technical skills in small animal surgery, diagnosis, radiology, and laboratory analysis.
• Demonstrate management capabilities including team leadership, inventory purchasing, and staff scheduling.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
