Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and technically proficient individual to join our team at Chelmsford Land Rover as a Vehicle Progressor/Site Coordinator. This full-time permanent role involves supporting our busy sales department by managing vehicle logistics and maintaining high standards for both the vehicles and the sales site. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and upload photos, pricing, and detailed vehicle descriptions daily to our online showroom, ensuring accuracy and appeal across digital platforms including our website and social media.
• Create CitNOW videos for customer engagement.
• Arrange vehicles on-site to ensure an attractive presentation for customers.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, tracking interactions and customer responses.
• Transport vehicles to and from customers, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the site and vehicles to a high professional standard.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced premium automotive or similar environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments are essential. A keen eye for detail and organizational skills are critical. Proficiency with IT tools and a good understanding of social media for business applications are required.
