Role Overview

As a Vehicle Inspector, you will conduct Remote Video Assessments (RVAs) using our dedicated digital application, produce detailed reports, and engage regularly with customers and vehicle owners. Your responsibilities will include scheduling inspections, addressing client queries, monitoring booking progress, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Remote Video Assessments and document findings through a specialized app.
• Provide expertise across retail and commercial vehicle sectors.
• Communicate professionally with clients to arrange inspections and discuss assessment outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone communications.
• Manage appointment schedules and proactively resolve any client service concerns or logistical challenges.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Preferably have automotive industry experience with diverse motor vehicles or caravans.
• Possess a proactive attitude and commitment to achieving results.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a background in fault detection.
• Comfortable using Apple iOS and Android platforms.
• Able to work independently, stay productive during quieter times, and manage data entry tasks with precision.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, meet deadlines, and use initiative when necessary.
