Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Developer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The role involves taking ownership of developing and maintaining solution architecture, system administration, security, and related procedures across the Veeva Vault platform. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires immediate joining.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all development activities related to Veeva Vault implementation under the guidance of the client Quality Veeva team.
- Liaise with Business Analysts to gather and define business needs ensuring compliance with IT security and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability and Risk Assessment documents.
- Document detailed functional specifications and user stories for development.
- Perform technical feasibility analyses for requested features.
- Create system design and configuration specification documents.
- Manage Veeva Vault environments effectively.
- Develop custom workflows and integrations to automate processes and extend system functionalities, ensuring smooth coordination with third-party applications.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications tailored to client needs.
- Expertise in Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS) with a strong focus on GxP compliance is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to design and develop custom solutions and integrations for workflow automation and enhanced system capabilities.
- Knowledge of building and deploying comprehensive solutions using Veeva Vault’s workflow, metadata, and security features.
- Experience integrating Veeva Vault with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce utilizing APIs, SOAP, and RESTful interfaces.
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, APIs, and programming languages including Java and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated background in cloud-based solution development.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery of GxP validated systems.
- Certification in Veeva QMS is a significant advantage.
Education
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is required.
