- Identify key accounts and partner opportunities to deliver combined technical and business value messaging with Solution Engineers.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to establish effective, repeatable sales tactics that increase win ratios.
- Stay informed on competitive positioning, evolving market trends, and pricing strategies to accelerate growth with territory channel partners.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in enterprise software sales, demonstrating success with cloud and SaaS offerings.
- Proven experience in field sales and channel development, ideally within specialist sales models.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software sales and SaaS business structures, especially in data protection, data management, or Microsoft 365-related sectors.
- Strong skills in business case crafting, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a compatible discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Team-oriented mindset with coaching capability and active personal involvement in sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as part of the role.
Benefits and Perks
- Generous paid vacation of 25 days plus 4 additional global VeeaMe days dedicated to self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares.
- Comprehensive private medical, dental, and vision insurance plans available including dependent coverage options.
- Life insurance providing enhanced coverage along with 24/7 global protection.
- Income protection benefits activating after 26 weeks, covering partial salary.
- Employer-matched defined contribution pension scheme.
- Worldwide travel insurance for both business and leisure with optional dependent enrollment.
- Employee Assistance Program offering therapy, legal, and financial support, plus access to online general practitioner services and wellbeing programs.
- Learning and growth opportunities through on-demand resources (e.g., extensive online libraries), mentoring, workshops, and special events such as a Global Day of Learning.
