About the Role
Prime BPO is seeking a meticulous and assertive Validator to join the expanding Medalert campaign team based in Rawalpindi. This full-time onsite opportunity is perfect for professionals with prior BPO experience who excel in communication and are eager to develop their career in the BPO sector.
Job Details
- Position: Validator (Medalert Campaign)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Arrangement: Onsite at office location
- Shift: Night shift, 10 hours per day
- Location: Plot D-146, 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

- Salary Range: PKR 125,000 to 140,000 monthly plus unlimited performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Review and confirm sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Verify client information, shipment details, and specifics of medical alert devices with professionalism
- Confirm that all necessary documentation and recording requirements meet quality benchmarks
- Check eligibility of customers, billing data, and contract terms related to medical alert services
- Detect any inconsistencies or errors and escalate issues when required
- Maintain precise records of all validated orders
- Liaise effectively with sales and quality assurance teams
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Achieve daily and weekly validation goals
- Be willing to work overtime or additional hours when necessary for training or to improve performance
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Validator in a BPO on the Medalert campaign
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Strong listening skills and an eye for detail to identify discrepancies
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service aptitude
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with CRM systems
- Availability to work night shifts
- Regular students are not eligible to apply
