About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Valeter to join our Fiat/Abarth branch located in Falkirk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are impeccably cleaned and presented to a high standard.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Thursday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare sold and stock vehicles.
• Use high-powered pressure washers for external cleaning.
• Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors using high-powered vacuums.
• Operate polishing and buffing machines to enhance vehicle bodywork.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols when handling chemicals.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained, secure, and report any defects promptly.
• Work efficiently within set schedules and targets.
• Manage vehicle scheduling through an online diary system.
• Maintain daily records of completed work.
• Perform other branch support duties as required.

Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving license.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven with good team collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to engage in training programs.

Previous valet experience is favorable but not mandatory as comprehensive training, including attendance at our Valet Academy, will be provided for candidates demonstrating enthusiasm and meeting the other criteria.
