Role Summary

We are seeking dependable and courteous Valet Drivers to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth parking experience for all clients. Join a supportive team environment where many employees have advanced from valet roles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns, while proactively communicating to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to parking them, documenting any observations accurately.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving standards at all times.
• Immediately report any accidents, hazards, or policy breaches to supervisory personnel.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local major roads, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate efficient customer transportation experiences.
• Arrive on time for shifts in proper clean uniform and maintain uniform standards throughout the work period.
• Support management with other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license for the state, with a current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including second and third shifts or weekends as necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory with valid documentation provided upon hiring.
• Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, capable of understanding instructions, short communications, and performing simple arithmetic involving currency.
• Capability to follow both written and spoken instructions while adapting calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected events.

Physical Requirements

This role necessitates frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be provided to individuals with disabilities to meet these essential job functions.
