Role Overview
We seek a UX/UI Designer to create clear, user-centric product experiences by collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders. This role involves designing user flows, interfaces, and interactions that effectively address user needs, particularly in enterprise software environments where systems are complex and require scalable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive user experiences and interfaces that balance user requirements and business objectives.
- Transform product specifications into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI designs.
- Apply analytical problem-solving to simplify intricate workflows and systems.
- Work with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and significant impact.
- Facilitate or contribute to user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to enhance designs.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to guarantee consistency across all products.
- Engage in design critiques and collaborative workshops to share input and learn from peers.
- Own the user experience aspects and product features throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
- Proficiency in creating effective user flows and interfaces.
- Prior experience designing for complex enterprise software is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complexity and devise scalable design solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Expertise with industry-standard design tools, such as Figma, including prototyping skills.
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale to team members.
- A collaborative approach to working with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude towards learning product strategy and taking accountability for design outcomes.
