About the Role
W3Global is seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a full-time position based onsite at our Begumpet location, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, complemented by performance-based incentives reaching up to 24 Lakhs annually.
Key Responsibilities
The recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategic candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and managing candidate relationships. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. The role requires understanding US tax terms, evaluating work authorization types, effective situation handling, and making informed decisions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience in US Non-IT recruitment across diverse sectors such as engineering, construction, finance, banking, automotive, legal, and more. The recruiter should demonstrate strong skills in sourcing resumes for a variety of roles including Accountant, Financial Controller, Production Supervisor, CNC Machinist, CAD Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, Marketing Manager, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and usage of multiple recruitment platforms like LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities are also crucial.
