We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time onsite position working the US/Night shift. Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment are preferred.

• Maintaining excellent candidate relationships and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Experienced in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
