US IT Recruiter

Job Overview

This role based in Jaipur involves managing full-cycle recruitment for US IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate will handle all stages from sourcing to final placement specifically catering to US staffing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Ceipal, and similar portals.
• Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end for US IT and Non-IT roles.
• Develop and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate alignment with client expectations.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of candidates using Ceipal Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to satisfy client hiring demands.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years’ professional experience in recruiting for US IT and Non-IT sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of US staffing procedures and recruitment norms.
• Proficiency using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and Ceipal ATS.
• Familiarity with US visa categories and employment tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.

Additional Details

• Must be located in Jaipur city as in-person attendance for weekly review meetings on Saturdays is required.
• The position is a remote full-time job supporting a five-day work week (Monday to Friday).
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off.
