Job Overview
This position involves leading a team dedicated to selling company products effectively in the marketplace. The Unit Manager will oversee recruitment, training, motivation, and sales guidance for a team of advisors aimed at driving company revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting new advisors to build a competent sales force.
- Providing comprehensive training and continuous motivation to the team.
- Directing and guiding the team to successfully sell products in the market.
- Increasing sales performance by managing and supporting the advisors.
- Handling overall team management and coordination.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education: Any graduate with strong communication skills.
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, banking, finance, or insurance fields.
- Age range: 22 to 34 years old.

Compensation
