Job Responsibilities and Requirements

This position caters to the International Voice Process in Customer Support, encompassing inbound call handling and customer service support functions.

• Applicants must possess excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Open to freshers and candidates with at least six months of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, with availability to start by August.
• Work is conducted from the office with two-way cab services offered for employees residing within a 25km radius, contingent on shift timings.
• The schedule involves a 5-day work week with rotational night shifts.
• The work location is at Sutherland's office at A1 Block, Ground floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai - notable for being opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
