Role Overview

The ROW IB (Rest of World Inbound) team seeks a motivated Transportation Representative to coordinate daily operational tasks centrally among Amazon's inbound fulfillment centers (INFCs). The role focuses on optimizing appointment scheduling for sellers and managing their related requests, contributing to operational excellence and process innovation with a customer-centric approach aimed at enhancing seller and vendor experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve operational issues expediently using internal tools and real-time decision-making.
• Analyze data trends and seller requirements to improve seller experience without sacrificing timeliness.
• Efficiently respond to vendor and seller inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems within ambiguous scenarios.
• Ensure smooth communication flow among stakeholders while reporting progress, raising blockers, and providing solutions.
• Maintain high standards in responding to requests by verifying earliest appointment availability and proposing alternatives.

About the Team

The ROW IB team, part of ROW APEX, India Operations, aims to deliver a smooth inbounding process for sellers and vendors at Amazon fulfillment centers. Responsibilities encompass freight planning, contingency management, and managing vendor/seller appointment related issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical aptitude coupled with attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently, meet goals, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competence in navigating websites and internet platforms.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately communicate issues.
• Strong focus and persistence to follow through issues till resolution.
• Capability to perform deep data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automating processes and improving workflows through data analysis.
• Advanced skills in SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
