Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level IT user support across all transport-related systems, addressing issues related to portals, data integrity, tracking, consigning, finance, and billing.
• Ensure critical support services uphold customer satisfaction and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports on system performance and procedural effectiveness.
• Apply analytical skills to problem-solving and system planning to drive operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage system configurations and facilitate onboarding for new customers.
• Participate in various ad hoc projects to support organizational goals.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Degree in Business, Transport, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience with transport systems and operational knowledge within logistics or warehouse settings.
• Background in support or help desk roles, with knowledge of system, network, and database configurations.
• Systems administration experience coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
