Transport Supervisor

Overview

The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the bus fleet operations at Malhar Imperial in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves ensuring efficient coordination between drivers, managing fuel records, supervising bus maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness standards, as well as reporting to management on transport activities.

Key Duties

• Coordinate daily driver schedules and manage shift timings effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of diesel usage and monitor fuel consumption across all buses.
• Supervise vehicle servicing and mechanical inspections to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure each bus is clean, well-kept, and hygienic.
• Participate in management meetings to provide updates on transportation operations and challenges.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fleet management, transit coordination, or supervising transportation teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills to liaise with drivers, corporate stakeholders, and vehicle owners effectively.
