Position Overview: Transport Execution Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing all bulky item deliveries to customers and stores, maintaining full visibility of last-mile logistics activities. You will oversee the movement of bulky items, handle carrier management, address customer service inquiries, support delivery personnel, and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support carrier management by enhancing skills, ensuring KPI adherence, and preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Collaborate with stores, customer service, and carriers to promptly resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Monitor orders closely and inform customers quickly about any delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to correct inventory or shipment discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Customer Service team by responding promptly and professionally to customer requests.

Working Hours

This role operates on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics is preferred.
  • Experience within retail and e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse or logistics software such as Oracle, SAP, or AS400.
  • Availability to work the specified Tuesday to Saturday roster and hours.
