Role Overview

The Translator plays a key role in delivering precise, clear, and culturally sensitive translations between Arabic and English. This position supports various communications, cultural, and corporate initiatives by providing superior written and spoken translation services, while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate diverse documents, communications, and materials accurately from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of translated content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and appropriate tone.
• Contribute to communications, cultural, and corporate projects by delivering high-quality translation outputs.
• Work in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to understand translation needs and set project priorities effectively.
• Handle multiple translation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Guarantee that translated materials are culturally relevant and tailored to the intended target audience.
• Provide translation support on cross-functional projects involving diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, English Literature, Linguistics, or related disciplines.
• At least four years of professional experience in translation, ideally within communications, cultural, or corporate contexts.
• Exceptional written and spoken proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Proven track record of accurately and effectively translating between Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination capability.
• Experienced in supporting interdisciplinary projects and interacting with diverse audiences.
• Detail-focused, data-driven mindset adept at managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-moving, prominent workplace.
• Possession of PMP or related certifications is advantageous.
