About the Role
Join a dynamic and ambitious team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant where you will excel in a target-driven, commercial environment that values building strong relationships and rewards high performance. This entry-level position is focused on sales rather than administrative or HR tasks and offers significant earning potential through commissions alongside a competitive base salary.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities using various communication methods including cold calling, video conferencing, emails, and networking.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and job candidates to meet recruitment needs.
- Gain specialization and deep knowledge in selected industries such as Technology, Finance, Legal, or Life Sciences recruitment.
- Utilize platforms like job boards and LinkedIn effectively to source suitable candidates.
- Maintain and manage key performance indicators, sales targets, and the recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and meetings with candidates and clients both virtually and face-to-face.

Salary and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from £25,000 to £31,500.
- Uncapped commission structure offering unlimited earning potential.
