Key Responsibilities

• Oversee live traffic incidents through ITS platforms and various sensor data.
• Accurately identify, report, and escalate any traffic events with promptness.
• Detect unusual traffic patterns or trends using AI, video analytics, and other monitoring technologies.
• Keep watch on essential systems that support OCC functions.
• Coordinate and communicate response activities with internal departments and government bodies.
• Activate and uphold contingency procedures in incident situations.
• Work with data and system specialists to enhance dashboard interfaces and automate workflows.
• Leverage data insights to optimize incident response strategies, including refining alert triggers and escalation guidelines.
• Take part in regular contingency drills and conduct After Action Reviews to boost operational preparedness.

Candidacy Requirements

• Possession of at least a Diploma in any field, preferably related to IT, systems, engineering, or operations.
• Willingness to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A technically inclined collaborator with excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
• Capable of managing live scenarios and making informed decisions under stress.
• Strong systems thinking and analytical abilities combined with a proactive desire to enhance processes.
• Experience in a Command Centre or real-time operations involving smart systems is a plus.
