Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, ticketing, or a related discipline is required.
- A mandatory IATA certification is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is expected.
- Comprehensive knowledge of airline ticketing policies, payment structures, and travel regulations is required.
- Experience with numerous airlines, particularly Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Fly Dubai, and EgyptAir, is necessary.
