Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver stimulating and enjoyable learning experiences for young children.
- Lead the nursery team with energy, passion, and creativity.
- Support children's developmental progress while fostering strong relationships with their families.
- Organize engaging educational activities to inspire curiosity and growth.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the nursery environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
- Experience working in early years settings; supervisory experience is preferred, especially as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills capable of motivating and supporting the team.
- A deep passion for promoting child development and nurturing effective family relationships.
