Possession of a Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
Experience working in early years settings; supervisory experience is preferred, especially as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills capable of motivating and supporting the team.
