Overview
We are seeking a Territory Manager based ideally in Warrington (WA3) and surrounding areas in Otago, New Zealand. This fixed-term, full-time position spans from September 30, 2026, to December 29, 2026, with strong potential for a permanent role. The role operates Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
The compensation package includes an annual salary up to £29,000 (pro rated), a 10% KPI-based bonus, a £300 retention bonus, along with company-provided car and fuel card.
Role Summary
As a Territory Manager, you will oversee and expand a new client's presence involving a major global brand within the grocery sector in Warrington. Your responsibilities include cultivating relationships with key store decision-makers to negotiate additional in-store displays and enhance product distribution and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage FMCG grocery territory effectively, planning store visits aligned with manager availability to maximize potential
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with store managers and decision makers
- Negotiate for additional product displays and promotional activities
- Ensure high levels of product distribution, availability, and compliance within the assigned product range
- Drive sales leveraging compelling brand stories and category insights
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience within field sales or related roles, excellent communication, time management, and territory planning skills. Being self-motivated and results-oriented is key. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving License with no more than six points and no past bans.
Preference is given to candidates with merchandising or POS executive experience and those skilled in direct selling techniques, though we encourage all interested applicants to apply.
