About the Role
Proactive Consultants & Services is seeking a motivated Tender Executive to join their team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This role requires at least one year of experience and a graduation degree. The executive will be responsible for generating business through government tenders, especially in pharmaceutical and healthcare goods.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, prepare, submit, and document tenders accurately.
- Regularly follow up on ongoing tender processes to ensure progress.
- Maintain thorough filing and documentation for tenders.
- Comply with deadlines for tender submissions meticulously.
- Coordinate internally for pricing and documentation needs.
- Search and track relevant government tenders specifically in the pharma and healthcare sectors.
- Maintain and update a database of tenders and related records.
- Support sales growth by exploring government bid opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Male or female candidates with 1 to 3 years of tender handling experience are eligible.
- Graduates or postgraduates with proficient computer skills.
- Good command of communication, preferably in English.
- Prior experience with tenders and documentation within pharmaceutical or healthcare goods is compulsory.
- Familiarity with GEM Portal and other e-procurement platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous documentation skills.
Additional Information
Location is Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Monthly salary ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR. The position demands a proactive approach to support and pursue government tenders and bids.
