Job description
Role Overview
This position involves proactively reaching out to restaurant owners and managers to promote and onboard them onto a food delivery platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound phone calls to potential restaurant partners.
- Clearly communicate details about the food delivery application and guide them through the onboarding procedure.
- Encourage and aid restaurants in completing their registration process.
- Gather necessary KYC information and onboarding documentation from interested restaurants.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure successful enrollment.
- Accurately update call logs and consistently meet daily onboarding targets.
