About the Role
We are urgently looking to hire a female Telesales Executive for Car's Breakdown Assistance, based in Pitampura, Delhi-NCR. This role involves selling Roadside Assistance (RSA) cards by effectively contacting and converting company-provided leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to customers using leads supplied by the company.
- Present detailed information about RSA card plans and their advantages to prospective buyers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide persuasive communication to encourage purchase.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with interested individuals to close sales.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and strive to meet set sales goals to maximize incentive earnings.
Compensation and Incentives
The monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000, with additional incentives up to ₹30,000 based on sales performance. Note that incentives are contingent upon successful sales; no sales means no incentive.
Work Schedule and Location
This full-time position requires an 8-hour working day at the office located at 233, First Floor, Rama Market, Pitampura Village, Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034.
